Each session can last up to one hour, so please plan accordingly so we can maximize our time together.

How is mental performance coaching different than sport psychology?

Mental performance coaching uses techniques that directly influence underlying thinking patterns that may be negatively impacting performance.  Methods such as visualization, hypnosis, meditation, NLP, and other mental conditioning methods may be used. Sport psychology may use similar techniques in addition to other mental therapeutic practices not used in mental performance coaching.

How much time is needed between sessions?

Typically we like to schedule sessions at a minimum of one week apart.  Our schedule fills up fast, so we schedule all appointments in advance.

What is the payment policy?

Fees are due at the time of the appointment, and is non-refundable. We accept credit cards, personal checks cash. All returned checks will incur a $25 fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged at the full amount.
