Alp is a versatile and ambitious leader. Raised and born in Ankara, he grew up with the culture of street football which is why his passion for football is so deeply rooted. His father would take him to games of his favorite club Galatasaray and ever since he has been a lover of the beautiful game. When he moved to the Netherlands at age 12, he started playing for amateur clubs while also pursuing competitive swimming and participating in swimming tournaments in the EIndhoven Olympic complex. He continued his football journey until age 17 until and even received an invitation from Galatasaray academy after submitting his videos. However, he had to take a very unfortunate pause after having to get his knee drained following a traumatic non-contact injury. At age 21, Alp was feeling ready again and decided to hit the green pitch, playing for local top amateur clubs such as Germania Teveren, Sporting Heerlen and was even called on trial with the academy of Belgium second division side patro eisden. At 23, Alp decided to realize his vision of building one of the few elite football academies based in Netherlands but one that does not limit itself to borders. Since its one year establishment, Elite performance has received multitude of players internationally from Canada and Australia who have leveled up their performance and athleticism. Similarly, many players who participated in the various showcase games received several trials leading to a prosperous future for them. In the long term, Alp’s vision is to make elite performance one of the well recognized training academies across Europe and to become a flagship for elite player development.
